Your email confirmation voucher will serve as proof of payment for your tickets. This voucher must be produced at the GUEST SERVICES WINDOW at LEGOLAND to receive your entrance tickets. REMEMBER to take your confirmation email with you. If you do not receive your confirmation voucher by email within 2 hours of making your booking, please contact us on 0871 360 2481.
If you lose this voucher please call us on 0871 360 2481 and we will arrange for a replacement voucher to be emailed. In this case, the original voucher, should you find it, will become void.
Back to topYes. You can book up to midnight on the day before you want to go. The email confirmation voucher will serve as proof of payment for your tickets.
If you or any other member of your party need to cancel your booking after it has been confirmed, the party leader should contact us immediately to let us know. All cancellations must be made through Ticket-centre. Telephone 0871 360 2481.
There is no refund made for cancelled bookings. As soon as you cancel, your original confirmation voucher will automatically become void.

However, additional charges are made for the Driving School and L Drivers if visitors wish to purchase the European, credit card style driving licences for their children. There is also a charge for a go on the Climbing Wall.

Back to topYes. The Baby Care Centre is located in the First Aid building in LEGO City. This offers a private area for mothers to breast feed, and a place to change nappies. Additionally, baby food is available to buy in some of our restaurants. Please ask a member of staff for help.
Back to topYes. However, for those who wish to park closer to the entrance there is an area of Preferred Parking, at a cost of £5 per car. Annual Pass holders pay £2 per visit or £10 per person. There is also parking for guests with disabilities nearer to the entrance.

Yes. there are lockers available on a first come, first served basis. They are located opposite the Sweet Stop and the Hill Train top station. A £1 coin is required to operate the lockers, which is non-refundable.

Height and safety restrictions are displayed at individual rides and attractions. Please pause to read them carefully before choosing the ride for you or your child.
Back to topIf you lose your adult or are an adult who has lost their child, please look for a member of LEGOLAND staff who will direct you to Guest Services either at The Beginning or in LEGO City. A mobile telephone is a quick and effective way of helping us reunite lost children and parents.
Back to topNo, Assistance Dogs only are permitted in the park. LEGOLAND offers kennels for guests' dogs which are free of charge and allocated on a first come first served basis. To register for this, visit Guest Services where a £5.00 returnable deposit is required. For guests with disabilities, the kennels are located next to the car park.
Back to topPushchairs (double/single) are available from the LEGO Big Shop at The Beginning for a charge of £8.50/£4.50 plus a returnable deposit of £10.00. Pushchairs must be returned to the Pick a Brick shop for deposits to be redeemed.

You will need to exchange your confirmation email at the Guest Services Window, located on the right hand side of the turnstile at LEGOLAND (not the advanced booking collection) to receive your entrance tickets, please take the confirmation email with you.

Not all rides and attractions and shows may be operational on the day of visit.
Use of the ticket implies agreement with the terms & conditions posted at the LEGOLAND Windsor entrance and / or in the park guide.
LEGOLAND management reserves the right to refuse admission to any ticket holder and, in the interest of the public and for safety reasons, they also reserve the right to require guests to leave the Park at any time.
Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
