Your email confirmation voucher will serve as proof of payment for The London Dungeon. If you lose this voucher please call us on 0871 360 2481 and we will arrange for a replacement voucher to be re-sent. The original voucher will be then become void.
Yes. We can take your booking up to midnight on the day before you want to go. You will still need to use the confirmation email at the Admissions desk at The London Dungeon to receive your entrance tickets, please remember to take the confirmation email with you.

Should you or any other member of your party need to cancel your booking after it has been confirmed, the party leader should contact us immediately to let us know. All cancellations must be made through Ticket-centre. Telephone 0871 360 2481.
There is no refund made for cancelled bookings. As soon as you cancel, your original confirmation voucher will automatically become void.
