What if I need to amend my booking?

All bookings are non transferrable, no amendments can be made. We will however endeavour to assist, contact us immediately on 0871 360 2481

Who are we?

www.ticket-centre.co.uk is owned and run by Holiday Extras Ltd, the UK's market leaders in providing travel products such as airport hotels, parking and travel insurance. We successfully accommodate 2.5 million customers a year and we were established in 1983, a privately owned business. The 'Ticket Centre' is a new development for 2006 designed to bring great value Theme Park and attraction tickets, to both UK customers and visitors from overseas.

Do you post my SEA LIFE Centre tickets?

Your email confirmation voucher will serve as proof of payment for your tickets. This voucher must be produced at the GUEST SERVICES WINDOW at The SEA LIFE Centre to receive your entrance tickets. REMEMBER to take your confirmation email with you. If you do not receive your confirmation voucher by email within 2 hours of making your booking, please contact us on 0871 360 2481.

What happens if I lose my voucher before I go?

Your email confirmation voucher will serve as proof of payment for The SEA LIFE Centre. If you lose this voucher please call us on 0871 360 2481 and we will arrange for a replacement voucher to be re-sent. The original voucher will be then become void.

Can I book at short notice?

Yes. We can take your booking up to midnight on the day before you want to go. You will still need to use the confirmation email at the Admissions desk at The SEA LIFE Centre to receive your entrance tickets, please remember to take the confirmation email with you.

Do you have a brochure?

We have chosen not to produce a brochure for www.ticket-centre.co.uk as we are constantly updating the information on our website with the latest prices, availability and information on The SEA LIFE Centre.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

Should you or any other member of your party need to cancel your booking after it has been confirmed, the party leader should contact us immediately to let us know. All cancellations must be made through Ticket-centre. Telephone 0871 360 2481.

There is no refund made for cancelled bookings. As soon as you cancel, your original confirmation voucher will automatically become void.
